Ryan comes from a corporate background and has many years of experience in the industry. He is a father of 3, who he enjoys coaching in the multiple sports they play. He enjoys traveling and watching sports, baseball most of all!

Dave comes to Vaz Construction Inc. with over 15 years sales experience. Dave is one of our project estimators. He will be out on site doing estimates for interior and exterior jobs. In Dave’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his kids in their sports and attending their activities.

Jeff estimates all exterior and interior home improvements. He also has 10+ years experience in residential and commercial construction. Jeff is happily married and has 2 boys, who he enjoys spending time with. He enjoys spending time outdoors and kayaking.

Shawn estimates exterior and interior jobs. Shawn enjoys spending his free time with his fiancé and watching soccer and football.
Elijah DeSousa

With over 10 years of construction experience, Elijah is one of our most knowledgeable Estimators. His primary language is English, but he’s also fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and a bit of Creole as well, leaving nothing lost in translation. With his light hearted attitude and infectious smile, his appointments feel less like work and more like play. When a person loves what they do, it truly transfers. On his down time he enjoys art, philosophy, science, staying active, and enjoying the finer things in life with his family and friends. Mike has been in carpentry his entire career. Graduating from New Bedford Vocational technical high School in 2009, he worked for companies out on Martha’s Vineyard. He decided to branch out on his own, eventually landing his role here as Project Manager. He coordinates sales, sets up jobs, orders materials, and keeps everything in line on the job sites. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his family, especially his two kids. He also coaches baseball for his oldest.
Monique Lopes
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Moniques was brought in by Paul to be our new project coordinator. After 20 years in human services Monique was looking for a change. She will be overseeing projects, working and coordinating with our sales representatives and assisting with scheduling. Monique is a mom of 1, loves the beach, and loves being outdoors. In her spare time she has taken up hiking as a new hobby and being a social person.

Cathy sets up the day for the guys, orders materials, estimates, and oversees all masonry projects. In Cathy’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids, running, and going to the gym.
